6. The Manglik does not apply if Mars (Chevva or Kuja) is combusted by Sun.

7. The Manglik does not apply if Mars (Chevva or Kuja) is retrograde (or) associated with any planets that are retrograde/debilitated/exalted.

8. The Manglik does not apply if Mars (Chevva or Kuja) attains “Thithi Sunya” (Emptiness of Thithi).
