The below mentioned planetary position that could affect (or) reduce (or) damage the beauty of the natives. 
1. The 2nd house lord & Moon should not be placed in natural malefic houses like 3rd, 6th, 8th and 12th houses.

6. The 2nd house lord & Moon should not be aspected by the House malefic Planets. 
7. The 2nd house lord & Moon should not aspect the House malefic Planets. 
8. The Moon should not be debilitated (or) combusted. *The Ascending Moon is preferable. 
9. The 2nd house lord should not be debilitated (or) combusted (or) retrograde. 
10. The 2nd house lord and Moon should not be aspected by debilitated (or) combusted (or) retrograde Planets. *The rule is applicable for debilitated (or) combusted (or) retrograde Planets, even if its own benefice houses. 
11. The 2nd House Lord and the Moon should get enough score in the Ashtakavargha.
Results: If we are able to find the above-mentioned astrological parameters, then the native would be blessed with beautiful look (beautiful face). The native would enjoy beautiful face/look, if the 2nd house, 2nd House Lord and Moon does not get affected.
Types of Beauty: 
1. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Sun, then the native will have dry & dominant look.
2. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Moon, then the native will have a bulky face. If the Moon is placed in any malefic houses (or) Moon is placed in conjunction with any malefic Planets, then the native will have chubby outlook. 
3. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Mars, then the native will possess tough (rugged) look.
4. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Budhan, then the native will exhibit decent & intelligent outlook.
5. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Guru, then the native will have soft and mature outlook. 
6. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Venus, then the native will possess an attractive (or) seductive look.
7. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Shani, then it will damage the outlook of the native.  
8. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Rahu, then the native will possess playful (or) faster (or) uncaring outlook
9. If the 2nd house (or) 2nd house Lord (or) Moon (or) any of these combinations are in conjunction/aspection with the Ketu, then the native will possess dull (or) chubby outlook. 
Example 1: For a Mithuna Lagna natives, the 2nd house lord is Moon. If the Moon is placed in the 4th House along with Budhan & Venus; and Rahu is placed in the 2nd House. Then the native will possess intelligent (or) cunning outlook; along with playful but attractive personality.
Example 2: For a Kataka Lagna natives, the Moon becomes the Lagna Lord and the 2nd House lord Sun is placed is getting exalted in the 9th House Aries Sign. The Moon is in conjunction with Guru (6th & the 9th house lord) and placed in the Lagna. The Ketu is having an aspection of the 2nd house sign Leo from the 4th House (Libra Sign). Then the native will possess soft and mature outlook; and would also exhibit dry & dull outlook too. 
Conclusions: The native would enjoy excellent beautiful face, only if their 2nd house, 2nd House lord and Moon does not get affected by any malefic planets and malefic placements. These above planetary placements do not indicate anything about their body shape, personality traits, character and colour.
